I use servers based in the UK and have had good uptime over the last 8 years with no major outages at all.

My hosting comes with full POP3 email facilities with 1 account included. Extra eMail accounts can be added at £10 per year per account.

WebMail facilities are also included, so you can pick up your mail from anywhere in the world through a web browser.

I can also host MySQL Databases for you. These are included with Joomla! and Blog sites and cost £50 per year otherwise.

Detailed visitor statistics are available on request and can be accessed via any browser, anywhere.

Bandwidth

If your site is VERY popular I may have to charge for additional bandwidth used, but I will discuss this with you should the need arise
